Asian (Rakshak) Fenvalerate 0.4% DP is a dustable synthetic pyrethroid insecticide used for broad-spectrum control of pests like caterpillars, bollworms, aphids, and beetles in crops such as cotton, vegetables, and cereals. Acting as a nerve poison, it causes paralysis and death, often applied to crops where liquid spraying is impractical.
Formulation: Dustable Powder (DP)
- Target Pests: Effective against American bollworm, diamondback moth, aphids, jassids, thrips, and beetles.
- Usage: Suitable for vegetables, cereals, pulses, and cotton.
- Dosage/Application: Typically applied at a rate of 80-100 gm AI/HA or roughly 20-25 kg formulation per hectare, depending on infestation.
